Professional, down to earth, the kind of folks I want to do business with. I work in Houston and have dealerships within minutes of any direction I travel, I chose to buy in my home town because of the personal attention that everyone at Wright GMC was willing to give to earn my business. Selection, price, willing to go above and beyond to find the best possible financing, absolute respect of me and my wife as customers. These guys earned our business. They were all fantastic, from Paul the owner, to Gary the General Manager, David our salesman, and even Alan another salesman, who wasn't even ours. Have bought a car previously from Paul and Gary, and they were the reason we came in. It was the easiest and best experience I have ever had purchasing a car, and I will return when it is time to purchase a new one, and will recommend them to anyone who says they are looking to purchase a vehicle. I bought Chevrolets in 2004 and 2007 from Mike Perry in San Augustine, Texas and was well pleased with there service. However, after hearing of Paul Wright's reputation for fair dealing I decided to buy locally. I was very pleased with the straight answers and the no hassle treatment I received from my salesman, Mark Webb. His professional, yet personable manner made it a real pleasure to do business. I think I was introduced to almost everyone and Paul Wright even came out to speak with me. I expect my wife will be making her next car purchase there. GMC really needs to maintain a presence in Lufkin and Paul Wright and his staff are the people to do it.
